Events update from the PTA - 16th March 2020

Regrettably, due to current coronavirus advice and further likely amendments to this in terms of social gatherings, a collective decision has been made to cancel the planned Easter Egg hunt and postpone the annual quiz event that was due to take place on the 1st May. We hope to rearrange the quiz as soon as possible as it is a highlight in the event calendar and in the meantime apologise for the disappointment this will cause. We will update you on the new dates as soon as possible.
In the meantime we will be holding a summer uniform sale at end of day pick up on Wednesday 1st April, we have a great selection of all ages in super condition if you're needing some summer items so please come along and support the sale. You can also donate any unwanted items in the weeks before the sale. Items can be left in the school office for the attention of Beth or Gayle.
We have also organised a Bag2School collection for 12th May.  This is a great way to get rid of unwanted and outgrown items of clothing, household fabrics etc, whilst raising money for the school in the process. Bags will be given out before Easter. To see what items can be donated, the list is at
We sincerely hope to continue with our further planned events over the summer term and will update you with details of these in due course. Meantime if you have any non-gathering ideas for fundraising that will help us to generate the valuable funds needed for the children please feel free to discuss ideas with Beth & Gayle as we are working hard to limit the impact of reducing our events this term.
Thank you for your kind understanding,
Warm Regards St Thomas PTA committee
